Billing & Support Information:
Customer hereby agrees to the Software as as Service subscription to be perpetual and agrees to honor all charges billed to account. Customer also agrees that charges are due monthly in advance and customer agrees to pay said charges in advance. There is no refund for partial monthly use. Cancellation is by email or by cancelling the subscription within the PayPal interface. Email cancellations must originate from the email address provided when purchased. There is no free technical support for virus removal, computer system diagnostics, upgrades or other computer and network services. Support is included in monthly subscription for installation only. Full service Remote support is available and billable at $38 for the first 30 minutes, and $1.5 per minute thereafter. Provider agrees to supply customer with alert detections, and other reports as necessary to facilitate typical notifications.
